A: Renting from Enigma Head Shop & Rentals is simple! Just browse our collection, select the vaporizer you want, choose your rental duration, and proceed with the booking. We'll deliver the vaporizer to your doorstep and provide instructions for usage.

Q: What types of vaporizers do you offer for rent?
A: We offer high-quality vaporizers, including portable, desktop, and concentrate vaporizers. You can choose the one that suits your needs and preferences.

Q: How long can I rent a vaporizer for?
A: We offer flexible rental duration to accommodate your needs. You can rent a vaporizer for a day, a weekend, or a week. Just select the rental duration that works best for you. Please contact our team for more options and further details.

Q: Is there a deposit required for rentals?
A: Yes, at this time we require a refundable deposit for all vaporizer rentals. The deposit amount will be returned to you upon the safe and timely return of the rented vaporizer.

Q: Can I extend the rental period?
A: Yes, you can extend your rental period if needed. Please contact our customer support team before the end of your initial rental duration to make the necessary arrangements and ensure availability.

Q: Do you offer delivery and pickup?
A: Yes, we provide delivery and pickup services for your convenience for free within 30 miles, every mile after is $1/mile. We'll deliver the vaporizer to your specified location and arrange for pickup at the end of the rental period.

Q: What happens if the vaporizer gets damaged during my rental?
A: We understand that accidents can happen. In case of any damages, please notify us immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, a portion or the full deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs.

Q: Is there a cleaning fee?
A: No, we take care of the basic cleaning process for all rented vaporizers. We ensure that each vaporizer is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before it is rented out to the next customer.

Q: Can I rent multiple vaporizers at once?
A: Absolutely! If you need multiple vaporizers for an event or group gathering, you can rent as many as you require. Just make sure to check the availability and place your booking in advance.

Q: What if I decide to purchase the vaporizer after renting it?
A: If you fall in love with the vaporizer you rented and decide to purchase it, we offer options for discounted or credited purchase prices. Contact our team for more details and we'll be happy to assist you.


Booking Terms 

  1. Age Requirement: You must be 21 years or older to rent a device from Enigma Head Shop & Rentals. By renting our device, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all legal requirements regarding the use of the device.

  2. Product Usage and Responsibility: Enigma Head Shop & Rentals provides information on the proper use of each rental product and its intended purpose. It is your responsibility to use the device in accordance with these guidelines. Any fees resulting from the use of unlisted or damaging materials with the rentals are your responsibility.

  3. Damages and Wear and Tear: Basic wear and tear is expected with normal use of the device and will be noted upon receiving the device. You are responsible for any damages that occur during your rental period. We recommend taking photos before and after your rental to ensure you are not charged for damages you did not cause.

  4. Valid ID Requirement: Before our staff provides you with the rental, you must present a valid photo ID that matches the account information provided for your delivery person to scan. This is a mandatory verification process.

  5. Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to 50% of the retail value of the device is required. This deposit will be returned within 3 business days after the rental period ends, allowing us time to verify and test the product for any damages. The refund may take additional time for the bank to process. Depending on the extent of damages, a partial or no deposit refund may be provided to cover the cost of the damaged item.

  6. Lost or Stolen Devices: In the event that the rental device is lost, you will be required to pay the full retail value of the device. If the device is stolen, please contact our customer service team immediately and provide a valid police report. We will guide you on the necessary steps to proceed.

  7. Delivery Availability: Doorstep delivery may not be available for all locations. Our customer service team will reach out to setup delivery and pickup and verify if you are within delivery range. Please consult our customer service team for additional details based on your specific location.

  8. Late Returns and Future Rentals: Failure to return the device within the designated time frame will result in a late fee and may lead to barring from future rentals. If you anticipate being late in returning your device, please contact us as soon as possible to make appropriate arrangements.
